shipping was timely, directions included pictures and were great....no parts missing, some indentations in top work surface, but looks and works great and rather decorative at the same time.....more drawer space than anticipated at ordering....Overall, am well pleased.

The table looks nice, but the holes drilled by the manufacturer were too small for the screws provided. To assemble I had to redrill most of the holes.
As for other user comments:
the table can go flat so that is not an issue.
It is slightly unstable at it's highest position and therefore is not comfortable to use at stool height...at desk height it is fine though.
I especially like the grooved channel to stop things from sliding off the desk when tilted, and provide a nice pen rest.
All in all, it is a good table for the price.

This drafting table is excellent! It took about two hours to put together, but the directions were good. There were just a lot of parts. The hinges are very sturdy and work well, however, I would have liked to be able to set the table flat. This is a personal preference that doesn't affect the product. The color is true to what is on the site. It is very orange, but since that's my favorite color I was happy! I use this in place of a podium in my classroom and have recommended it to my colleagues.

Apparently there is a way for companies to have reviews removed from Amazon. I will write this again so that everyone can get a fair look at this.
I own this desk. It is a beautiful desk to look at. It took FOREVER to put together. Not to mention the hassle it was getting the desk to my apartment.
The desk was shipped to my door with a longer than 2 foot crack in the table top. I told the company and they shipped another one to my door in about 2 weeks. This new desk had ANOTHER crack in the table top. It was about 6 inches in length. I decided to take matters into my own hands and put wood compound in the crack, seal it, sand it, and re-varnish it.
This is a lovely product, but it is not sturdy. It shakes if you do anything other than type on it. I do NOT recommend this desk for anyone - if you want it for anything more than a show piece.

However it IS difficult to assemble (should be prepared to use wood glue) and the holes vary in size but none of these things are insurmountable problems and once it is together it is quite sturdy and looks very nice.
The folks selling this item are VERY nice people. Easy to talk with and generous in their assistance and answering quetions. It was a real pleasure dealing with them
