Pretty good shaving gel and you can't beat the price January 8, 2008

I normally buy canned shaving gel, but for some reason Amazon never seems to have any in stock, so I tried this. It took about a week of getting used to -- but I find it gives me a closer shave. It's almost like putting some kind of lubricant on your face. There's not a strong smell that I detected... sort of a light lavender to more of a "clean" "nothing" fragrance. At this price, you can't go wrong, I say give it a try. A close shave, a decent fragrance, and a good price.
PS - if you're used to a gel or foam, the complaint may be that this does not foam up... it's almost like putting hair conditioner on your face, but a conditioner that's more like oil, very slick. Have I talked you out of this product now? Just trying to help... hard to describe a shaving cream online! Maybe I should do a video...

I recently switched to using a shaving cream instead of the foam types and I love them. I read the reviews here and I have to say this stuff is great! The smell is a bit strange but does it give a great close shave. I use the Fusion shaver and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutly the best shave product I've ever used. The razor glides over your skin with no friction whatever. Leaves you skin feeling great. A superior product.

I love this shaving cream! It works great but it smells a little old (though still usable). It smells fine when you use it, so it isn't a big problem, but it keeps me from giving it 5 stars. It was a clearance item, so it was probably an old batch of product.
