Sister Golden Hair by America is a classic from the mid 1970's. Gerry Beckley wrote and sings lead on the song. It was released in 1975 and quickly moved up the charts in the US. It hit number 1 on both the Billboard and Radio & Records singles charts, number 2 on the Cashbox singles chart, and number 5 on the Adult Contemporary chart.
This song was produced by legendary Beatles producer, Sir George Martin.
