This is the best Italian cooking magazine I have ever seen -- no wonder, as it is actually published in Italy, in Italian. American magazines of Italian cooking seem to be about what we suppose Italian food is about. This magazine is what trendy Italian women would actually pick up and buy, and cook from. There are cooking lessons as well as recipes and reviews. It is worth the effort to translate the issues (if you are not fluent in Italian, as I am not) and the photos are beautiful.
