If you like import cars you need this magazine November 12, 2001 10 out of 14 found this review helpful
This magazine is a must have for the import nut, from hondas to ford focus. It tells you how to make your car destroy a V8 to making it look and sound good . If you have import get this magazine. It is our BIBLE !!!
Much agreed October 12, 2002 coldjihad (Virginia Beach, VA United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
even if you cant stand their editorial style, and it is quite humorous at times compared to the sometimes bland(technical-but hey I still read SCC because they teach me and they showcase new products super street doesnt) style of that other big import mag....You know the one(SCC ,duh.). Anyway, its a realy good read for the most part, and like I said even if you dont like the articles get it for the hook-ups(web-links, and general info.), the other guy pinned it down when he said it is our BIBLE! I've been searching for months and pick up a super street and you can find little corner adds for websites that import parts that no one else carries and you wont find anywhere else....even ads for companies that make parts I didnt know existed because they're doing so well on the west coast they havent needed to advertise just yet because they have been so busy...Even multiple tricks on google didnt bring back these websites...and I sure couldnt find them in SCC....but I still read SCC for it's higly technical rundowns...not like Super street doesnt do build-ups...they just cover the glam a little more. Bling-Bling and go-fast sevice w/ a smile laugh it up, like funny..."haha"

Can't compete with SCC Magazine September 9, 2004 Erin Hickey (CO) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Super Street falls behind Sport Compact Car Magazine in almost every respect. Both magazines bombard the reader with useless advertisements, but SCC offers informative articles between the noise. Super Street is all noise. There is too much fluff, and not enough technical material.
