Funny, well-written, informative February 10, 2008 Axton Blessendon, Jr. (Canton, OH) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've been enjoying EW for several years now... It;s a surprisingly well-written, intelligent and not-too-snarky pop culture magazine, with a solid editorial bent and good info on current films, books, records, TV, DVDs and myriad show biz wheelings and dealings... Heck, they even report on theatre and comic books! Love Ken Tucker, too! (Axton)

I absolutely love this magazine. I can't think of a better publication for movie fans and this is the cheapest price I have found it at by FAR.
Great magazine at a great price June 5, 2008 Richard Rudeen (East Hartford, CT) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For all of the information you receive this magazine is the one. I have had a subscription for many years and the price at Amazon is in the ballpark for a great buy. I had been looking elsewhere for a better price but could not find one.
Nice entertainment wrapup July 26, 2008 R. Leong 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This entertainment wrapup has been a good mainstream guide for various cultural offerings. If its tone leans towards boosterism and a bit too Hollywood, so be it. After all, it's a product of Time Warner. One can always go to alternative papers and the Internet for edgier views on art and leisure. On the other hand, the recent layout and editorial revamp, well, it's the second or third issue into it. It seems to be watering down the magazine the level of its sibling "People." If this continues, that's worth one less star to me.

Very quick processing through Amazon. I was skeptical but I am more inclined to order another magazine, now, after this great service.
