I purchased this newspaper as a gift for my Mother who reads in polish. She was very excited about receiving it on regular basis and having it delivered to her. One problem: It gets delivered very sporadicly and with issues missing in between. I am very disapointed since she also mentioned that some issues come late. I don't understand how NY Times which is also published in NYC always arrives punctual, yet this newspaper is so unpredictable.
