This cd was chosen to be used as msssage music and is very well suited for this purpose.It is soothing yet energetic.It has a beautiful flow and can be enjoyed sans massage.I like doing tai chi while listening to this in the background.What a find!

I bought this CD and Zen Pause for the purpose of playing them during gentle yoga classes. This one was much more appropriate for my purpose. It provides a soothing background and does not distract from the mood of the class. I recommend it for other yoga teachers.
