It's great to find items like this on Amazon! It was a genuine Plantronics part and works great! I couldn't imagine being without my headset!

I ordered the battery replacement for my wireless headset and was surprised at how quickly I received it. I had specific normal delivered and had been told between 5 to 10 days but received it within two days. That is great service.

Perfect factory replacement for my dead battery. Shame AMT made the whole thing so horrible by failing to ship the battery, insisting they had, dragging their feet about resolving it until I got harsh, and making communication so difficult (no phone numbers!). The product works, but next time I will buy it from someone who offers a phone number!
