I've had this product: basestation with 4 handsets for several years now. It is quite simply the best 2-line phone for household or small office/home office use.
It is expensive. But it is less expensive if you consider the cost of all those other phone systems you've thrown away.

I have two of these. No other wireless phone beats it coverage distance. I live in a house made from cement bricks. The base is on the ground floor, and I can use the handset on the first floor with no signal loss. I don't know how they do it. BTW the handset alone (charger included) costs $180 in Kuwait, which is very steep for a wireless phone.
