I needed a cutter 15.8 x 12.2 inch Paper Cutter / Trimmer with Iron Base, Office Furniture & Accessories to cut 1/8" plastic. It does an OK job. The top is light weight metal and tne base is not iron.
I would recommend this if you all you want to cut is paper.
I have used better.
Just remember - you get what you pay for!
