Excellent metal detector with remarkable feature set May 12, 2007

I purchased this for a specific purpose-- to find some ~very~ small alloy sight parts that "ejected" from my bow (and it's a handy piece of equipment to have anyway, no?) Here in Northern Arizona, I have little reason to dig very far (no getting through rock under shallow soil ;-), but in a quick test in the sand box, it's depth performance is excellent. Follow the instructions ~carefully~ (don't assume how the modes work!!!!), and this detector is remarkably effective (sensitive, discriminate, flexible, fast, easy-to-use and powerful) even for finding the smallest items quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this purchase.
