Bettery appeared to be new...packaging,etc...but it will not hold a charge for more than a day and a half. I have my phone turned all day, but talk on it less than 30 minutes a day.

Copy of my email to this seller after purchasing this product:
I'm not sure what to think of this. The battery I received was obviously used. It has minor scratches all over with obvious damage to the corners where it had been dropped. The packaging was in excellent condition so there's no possibility that it was damaged in shipping.
So I decided to use it anyway, thinking that if it worked then who cares if it's scratched up. Sure enough, the battery doesn't hold a charge for even 1 day. It charged for a full night and lasted until about lunch time. I don't think a 3 hour battery was what I had in mind when I made this purchase.
It's obscene to think, I now have to pay to send this battery back to you in hopes that you'll actually send me a working battery.
You're obviously a thief.

The battery was a perfect fit for our LG phone and takes and holds a charge well. Check the ma rating for non OEM batteries - many have lower ratings than the OEM version

I didn't want to pay the higher price on this OEM battery but I've had so much disappointments with less expensive batteries that claim great battery life but sometimes couldn't even last a day. So far, I've been using this battery and have no complaints as it does hold it's charge.

I got Visa extended warranty services to refund the purchase for me, since my battery went bad within 1 year after the manufacturer's battery went bad.
I can't complain. Didn't have to buy a new phone and saved a decent amount of money.
