Home Security Product's Medium Standard Locking Mailbox Insert is one of the most durable locking mailbox inserts on the market. This insert comes with a premium steel white mailbox that holds the insert so your mail is secure. Our Locking Mailbox Insert is made from heavy 16 gauge steel with a stainless steel hinge making it virtually impenetrable and resistant to vandalism. This locking insert is the only one of its kind that can accept a check box. The top of each insert is designed so that when the mail person puts a checkbox through the slot on the top of the insert, it will fall into the bottom of the mailbox, well out of reach of unauthorized hands. The front incoming slot is large enough for standard mail, bills, magazines, DVDs, other large items, and still leaves room on top of the insert for overflow magazines and non-valuable mail. Each insert is powder coated in standard black. The mailbox is white. If you order DVD's from Blockbuster or NetFlix, the last thing you want is to have a DVD stolen. If a DVD is stolen from your mailbox you may end up paying more than $20 (if you include taxes) for the loss of each DVD.
