This grater is excellent. The handle and free-standing style make it easy and safe to use. I can set it in a bowl or on a cutting board while grating, so that the food stays contained, and it's not messy at all compared to traditional grater styles. There are six styles of grating and slicing, it's stainless steel and dishwasher safe; I think it's great!

I bought this grater mostly to grate lime rinds. It does an outstanding job and doesn't endanger any of my digits while doing so. Set it on a plate or cutting board and grate away. I have used many a grater but none greater than this grater.

I love the 6 sides and rubberized bottom! It really makes for a sturdy grater that does not wobble and slide while grating!
