Very nice glasses! July 1, 2007 Kevin Stanton (Pittsburgh) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
When I began looking for wine glasses I took notice of the stemless variety and was intrigued so I ordered these. These glasses are great! No stems, less fragile, less likely to tip or get knocked over. Easier to clean than the stemmed breed. They got tested at a party with a lot of activity where normally 2 to 3 glasses get broken every year... none broken and people liked them. Trust me here, these are worth it. I do plan to buy more as my stemmed ones break (and we all know they will). All in all... great value, great glass. Worth the money.
Great glasses, great price, but probably not a gift..... February 10, 2008 Norman Lyon (Denver, CO United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I love theses glasses. They feel so delicate in my hand, yet have proven themselves to be less prone to breakage than the stemmed glasses I own. The only cautionary note I can provide is that they come in a plain brown box with a note saying that they're an [...] exclusive product. If you're buying them for yourself, you probably won't care. But the box just might look too tacky if it's going to be a gift. The only "problem" with these glasses is that my girlfriend's small hands still aren't comfortable with holding this wine glass, since she always uses the stem to hold her wine glass. But that's an issue with ANY stemless wine glass, so I can't allow that to detract from product's score: it just may be enough of a reason to pick up the white wine version of these glasses.
Great Glasses Great Deal April 22, 2008 M. B. Botts (Jersey City, NJ) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Love these! Beautiful, nice and weighted at the bottom, thin glass (but not too thin) at the rim. I'm really happy with my purchase.
So many uses! December 21, 2007 M. Baum (Dallas, TX United States) These attractive, durable and dishwasher safe glasses aren't just ideal for entertaining large groups of people, they also make great decorative tools. I floated candles in them at Thanksgiving and right now, they are holding candy canes, minature christmas tree balls, and flowers for a nice holiday table display. They make great wedding and housewarming gifts and are easier to store than stemware.
