The pictured flowers were out of season, and my recipient was allergic to the replacements. The customer service at Winning Gifts was excellent! They promptly replied to my concerns & were very understanding. These days, great customer service is hard to come by, so I'm very impressed with Winning Gifts and will order another bouquet. Just keep in mind that the flowers in this bouquet are seasonal, so the colors will be the same but the actual flowers could be very different.
