Shipping charges cancel out great product June 1, 2006 Widget (California, USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This item received one star not due to the product but due to the shipping charges. At $15.58/12.5 oz pkg when other sites charge about $5.50 it is prohibitive to buy them from Amazon. They work great to catch the drippings from the Weber Summit gas grills and make clean up very easy but you'll need to order them from a third party at a cheaper shipping rate. They are also available a couple of other places on the web for a total cheaper price. I was going to line the grill's permanent drip pan with heavy duty aluminum foil before I would pay Amazon's shipping price! Happily there was a third party site with a total charge of $5.49 for 2 sets!
Good product, keep an eye on the price March 22, 2007 Klosie These are great and are perfect for my Weber Summit grill. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, keep an eye on the price. I've had trouble finding these in the stores, so I ordered several of them which made paying for shipping more reasonable. One thing to also note is that this is a pack of 10.
Great Product ......... but June 22, 2007 Kelvin Barton (Everett, Washington United States) These are nice and are actually not very expensive. As mentioned in another review, the shipping pretty well doubles the price. Bundle them in an order with other products to lower the shipping cost. There are 10 to a pack. One pan will last for a good part of the grilling season.
Summit Drip Pan July 16, 2007 Patrick Foster These guys were great to deal with. FED Ex misdelivered the package never to be seen again. Once contacted they resent the package at their own expense. What more could you ask for? Excellent service.
