Every year at Thanksgiving we compile a list of things that we want for Christmas and this year my husband's list contained the request for a lawn spreader 3000. I was so pleased with the price, free delivery, and expedience that I received this spreader with from Amazon. However come Christmas morning I was disappointed when he further explained that the spreader I had purchased was one we already have, what he wanted was the broadcast spreader.
I contacted Aubuchon Hardware and every one there was so nice. They explained that as soon as I provided them with the tracking number for the return they would immediately issue a refund. The ending of the story is slightly different then you would expect. My husband took the spreader to work to ship it from there and two guys that work with him immediately began bidding on it. My husband sold it for my purchase price, (which coincidently was less then the guy could find the same thing for), the purchaser is thrilled and I no longer feel like a wife who couldn't tell a drop spreader from a broadcast spreader.
