We purchased the 2-seater bench; 3-seater; and chairs. All came fully assembled and arrived in less than a week. We rubbed them down with teak oil for a rich looking finish. We also purchased the coffee table from the same set - looks great too. All very nice!

When I purchased this item for $100 with free shipping it seemed a little too good to be true. It arrived promptly in perfect condition, and I am very pleased with the quality. The fact that it was fully assembled is also a huge plus.
By the way, my order arrived several days earlier than the expected date provided by Amazon.com, so take their estimated delivery date with a grain of salt.
As for how to waterproof this bench for outdoor use, here is a useful website I found:

Apparently there isn't really any specific oil in "teak oil"; it's kind of like saying "furniture oil" in that different manufacturers may sell you products with very different ingredients. Two common preservatives that are often used are linseed oil and tung oil. Linseed oil has the disadvantage that it darkens the wood, so I ended up buying some 100% tung oil to treat my bench. (Beware of "tung oil finishes", which are some blend of tung oil and varnish.) See also

I was pleasantly surprised when this bench showed up less than one week after ordering it. It came in a gigantic box and was fully assembled and packed rather well. I noticed only a small hairline crack, which probably happened during the construction of the bench, and not during shipping.
I would rate the overall quality of the product very high. It is a very attractive bench and comfortable too. It's a great value, and unbelievable shipping price of $0.01 as it is pretty heavy and certainly large.

I ordered the set of two chairs that go along with this bench also. Gifts for my parents anniversary. We wanted adirondack chairs, when I saw these at such a great price I immediately ordered them. GOOD CHOICE on my part. These chairs and bench are top quality. Very sturdy and put together properly. My husband is a carpenter, is always very sceptical about ordering any wood product offline. He loves these chairs. Was a little concerned about the other comments on here about damage during shipping. All three of my pieces were in excellent condition. Would purchase them again!
