we had been looking at crate&barrel and pottery barn sets but wanted to be able to eat as well as have a patio set, so when i stumbled across these, we jumped at the chance. build quality is really sturdy and the size is perfect for eating and hanging out with a group of 6 and their food drinks and serving dishes. the assembly was extremely easy and the hardware was impressively organized and labeled to match the instructions. i definitely recommend the entire set.

This table is lightweight, but sturdy. It's also quick and easy to put together. I was initially hesitant about the 'slat' design and everything falling through -nothing really falls through except for knives. But a place mat quickly takes care of that.
It's super easy to clean with just a wipe of a damp cloth.
For a lower-end priced table, the quality is more than I expected.

We really liked the Strathwood table; however, when my husband went to put it together, one of the legs wouldn't fit the table because the welding was crocked. We had such a fiasco trying to get a replacement table through Amazon that we ended up canceling the order. Too bad, it was a nice table.
5 stars for style but 3 for assembly August 9, 2007

We ordered the entire set and are very pleased with all the dining chairs and sofa, which all come as one piece, but the table requires assembly and was a real pain. One of the legs just couldn't be properly screwed into the top so it's a bit wobbly. But it's still not bad for the price and it matches everything else -- so what are you gonna do?

I love this table. I lost my previous backyard furniture in last December's horrible storm. My basement and backyard each had a total of 4.5 feet when I got home that evening. Finally, everything is coming together. My new backyard furtniture is beautiful. Once again, I feel at home.
