Product Description This Nursery Wagon with pneumatic tires has a heavy-gauge wire mesh bed so spilled dirt falls to the ground. Wood sides stabilize loads and are easily removed for oversized items. Overall size is 44 1/2" L x 26"W x 20 1/4" H. Load capacity is 440 lbs. Approximate shipping weight 66 lbs.

Disastrous quality - Amazon should abandon Grizzly January 2, 2004 30 out of 32 found this review helpful
I rarely comment on purchases here but this one was truly lousy.1. Lots of parts. No instructions. 2. Terrible QC. Parts fit poorly, and there were parts of the cart that paint hadn't reached. The wood slats are lightweight and cheap. They will break as soon as any pressure is put on them. The wheels are held on by simple cotter pins - not terribly sturdy or durable. Fit and finish is dreadful. 3. The cart had clearly been kept in a damp warehouse for an extended period. There were rust spots on the unpainted parts of the cart; the parts were coated with dust; there was mildew on the wooden sides. The tires were deflated. We were able to figure out how to put it together in the end; we bought touchup paint at an auto parts store and covered the rust; and ultimately I will redo the wooden sides. But this is far more work than should have been required. the only reason to get even one star is that after all the bother the platform and wheels are reasonably appropriate for their task - carting trash down a long driveway.
Not for the mechanically challenged December 6, 2003 28 out of 30 found this review helpful
First of all, the size of this wagon is misrepresented by its description on Amazon: its bed length is closer to 36", rather than 42.5". Since our first (defective) and second (replacement) wagons had no instructions, I am glad my husband could figure out how to piece them both together. Now for the other hassles: the first wagon we received had a defective steering mechanism. We called Grizzly's customer service (which has no toll free number) to get a replacement for the defective part, and they required us to ship the entire wagon back, also at our expense, hopefully to be reimbursed eventually (in spite of their first attempt to pay us for only half of the return shipping). Even though we repackaged and shipped it back immediately, they refused to send us a replacement until they received the defective wagon back, so the replacement process took a couple of weeks. The replacement wagon had supposedly been "quality checked" by Grizzly before they sent it to us, but one wheel was coated with a rusty residue and four cotter pins (for securing the wheels) were missing. Rather than face the hassle of calling customer service long distance, disassembling, repackaging, hauling to a UPS center, faxing a UPS receipt to Grizzly for reimbursement, and emailing them multiple times during the process to check on the progress of our order, we opted to remove the rust ourselves and buy more cotter pins at the local hardware store. The reason I gave this wagon 2 stars is that it looks like it will be sturdy when we finally put it together!
Should have read other reviews before I bought... June 3, 2005 J. Snyder (Dayton OH) 22 out of 24 found this review helpful
Next time I will read/heed reviews when they are available. I opened the package and there were no instructions. I did go to the Grizzly site where they did have PDF instruction manuals, but not for this particular model. I was clever enough to spot another model that was similar so I at least had rudimentary diagram help. I got most of the running gear assembly together only to find once I got most of it ready to finalize, the rear wheel support bracket that fastens to the metal platform... does not have the proper holes drilled in the steel. I am not going to send it back, I can drill the holes myself, but this is annoying and slows down my assembly time. I sent Grizzly an email, of which in a week, they have not replied, even though the email was sent to the "technical" department. The wood sides are pretty cheezy, as stated before, one of the uprights is split and I will have to glue it before I can use it. I would not recommend this wagon and the only reason I gave it a one star is that once I do the work to assemble it properly, the wagon will work. I didn't have the finish problems one of the other posters had and I did have all the screws and parts TO put it together once I got started. I think next time I will look harder locally to find a wagon, see it before I get it.
Amazon should dump Grizzly December 26, 2005 Judith G. Mashburn (St. Helena Island, SC USA) 9 out of 12 found this review helpful
I received one of these wagons for Christmas. There were no instructions included. I went to Grizzly's web site, wrote them an email. They answered saying there were no instructions available for this wagon. I think Amazon should dump them.
too many parts missing April 1, 2007 Ferd Eggan (Los Angeles, CA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a very useful wagon, good size, excellent cushioning due to inflatable tires, would make it easy to haul big loads--IF the company had bothered to include all the nuts and bolts to assemble the wagon. The tires are still not secure, as i have not received any reply from my request for the missing parts.
