I got this for my new 10 week old Yorkie puppy. This pack is made of nice quality materials that appear to be very durable, including zippers. How it transforms into a backpack is also nice. I like the external pockets for leash, treats, my wallet, etc. Most importantly the puppy is comfortable in it. We travel to Houston in 2 weeks. My pup will be 16 weeks old then. I think it will move well through the airport.

I bought one of these quite some time ago only looking to use for air travel. My small 8 lb toy fox terrier fits ok inside but as it has soft sides with no support it tends to cave in on him crowding him from the roof when laid down under a seat, and the area for him to lay this direction is on top of the handle so needs to be padded. BUT...when it is upright in backpack mode, he LOVES it as a car seat and a backpack!!! he can safely hang out the window and greet people as we backpack. Our original was stepped on by our teen so the damage to the hard floor was well... I am purchasing a new one so it must be that good!

This is a very nice product! I ride a scooter to work sometimes and Ineeded a way to carry my Dachshund with me (she's our unofficial "office dog"). I bought carrier and am very pleased. My only issue is the straps; they could stand to be wider and have more padding.
Probably a little heavy if you are going to use when riding a bike but GREAT for the scooter!

This carrier turned out to be the best answer to taking our Dachshund on bicycle trips. 13 lbs of Duchshund can be felt thru the straps and for that reason I wish the straps were a little wider but everything else about the pack is great. Well made, sturdy. Mesh on three sides so the dog can see out. I've looked at many other solutions including handlebar mounted baskets and this was the best choice. Recommend.
