This product does not work with Verizon Cell Phone Service. Verizon has blocked the multimedia features in the phones they sell.(...)
A virus in the making. April 2, 2006 Anthony (Southern California) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
Well it's not a virus, but it might as well be called that. After purchasing and intalling the program, I notice that the program didn't work. So, I tried to erase it from my computer and hopefully I just needed to reinstall it. WRONG! THE DAMN THING NEVER LET ME REMOVE IT! I EVEN TRIED TO TAKE IT OUT THROUGH THE CONTROL PANEL AND IT WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO REMOVE IT! The program has been a pain in my computer for weeks now. So please, AVOID THIS PRODUCT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. The online help from their website sux or shouldn't even be called help. Just a waste of time by reading though a list that doesn't help. I HATE THIS PRODUCT AND WISH ALL IT'S UNITS DESTROYED! I'd have a better change with something strange in the internet. I HATE IT! I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT! (Like how the program continues to re-install itself when you don't want it to) I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!I HATE IT!

First iam not completely knocking data pilot products, in fact i may try them again. my phone was on the chart lgvx8100 but the software would not recognize it at first the website would mot accept the serial number, after i email them and i recieved no response. i return to the website and all of a sudden it accepted the number. then the sofware problems persisted. maybe i had the wrong version but my phone was in the book. maybe i will try again another version, maybe, BUYER BEWARE.....
Flashback to Windows 95 December 10, 2006 ferd (st louis,mo) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This software promised a lot but did not deliver a single one of the promised features. I spent over 10 hours trying to get this thing to work. I contacted tech support through their online support site feature. I received a fast response which crytically guided me as to how to install the proper driver for the usb cable for my phone. The computer now recognizes that a Susteen cable has been plugged in with a phone attached but will not do anything with it. Launching the software causes an endless string of error messages about stuff not installed or loaded properly although I did reinstall it and repair the installation several times. Tech support is now unresponsive and telephone support has NO 800 number. It is only open 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time on weekdays when the rest of the world works for a living. This whole experience reminds me of 10 years ago when installing software with Windows 95.
