Pagemaker Upgrade For Mac OSX Not Explained Clearly Enough April 9, 2007 John A. Smurthwaite (Campbell, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Sounded like just the ticket. A new iMac with OSX run by an intlel chip that needed an upgrade to run Pagemaker. Only problem it doesn't run on new iMac. Not clearly explained before purchase.
Pagemaker 7.0 Update Worthless October 20, 2007 H. Dower 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Having used Pagemaker for many years (going from Pagemaker 3 through Pagemaker 6) I really wanted to upgrade to Pagemaker 7, but, alas, when the product arrived, it required me to enter the Serial Numbers for both my new purchase and my former Serial Number (for 6.0). I have gone from one MAC computer to another over the years and suffered crashes, and the only copy I had of 6.0 was on a backup disk. I HAVE NO SERIAL NUMBER TO ENTER. THAT MADE MY UPGRADE PURCHASE USELESS. I wrote Adobe headquarters about the problem and got no reply, and was unable to make my way through the many products on their online site, so I just gave up. Anybody want a free upgrade. This is useless to me. Herb Dower Sebastopol, CA
