Worthless program as is the original Norton 360 program. Been having same issues since original install last September. Norton finally responded suggesting the v2.0 resolved all issues. All non-functional issues remain. Now, even the email techs do not respond. I would suspect due to all the requests for help given internet traffic stating its numerous problems. I did not even wish to give this item one star, but I could not submit without an undeserving one star.

I have been norton customer for more than 6 years. I was using norton internet security so for. I have installed this product today and so for i didnt see any issue and the product looks amazing with lot of features. But your system should have high configuration.
