Product Description The Stamina AeroPilates with Free-Form Cardio Rebounder allows you to reach and maintain your target heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill. But unlike the treadmill, this rebounder is low impact and gentle on your joints. Because you are lying on your back, there is no concussion on your legs, hips, or spine. Some Pilates' machines feature a padded jumpboard made of solid wood, but the AeroPilates Free-Form Rebounder is like jumping on a trampoline. As a result, there is more give and less shock to your joints. Plus, the AeroPilates strength and flexibility training gives you the strong, streamlined, flexible body that only Pilates can achieve. This device is elevated about 10 inches of the floor to allow for more advanced exercises and enables you to perform over 50 exercises to tone and shape your entire body. The heavy, steel frame is durable and the four heavy-duty elastic cords provide four levels of workout resistance. The adjustable headrest, along with oversized high-density foam shoulder pads, offer additional support and comfort. This system includes two workout videos, and a color workout wall chart.
Product Description Add all the benefits of cardiovascular fitness to your AeroPilates workout with the AeroPilates with Free-Form Cardio Rebounder. In fact, with the AeroPilates reformer, you will reach and maintain your target heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill. But unlike the treadmill, the AeroPilates Free-Form Rebounder is low impact and gentle on your joints, and since you are lying on your back, there is no concussion on your legs, hips, or spine. Some Pilates machines feature a padded jumpboard made of solid wood, but the AeroPilates Free-Form Rebounder is like jumping on a trampoline. So, there is more give and less shock to your joints. Plus, the AeroPilates strength and flexibility training gives you the strong, streamlined, flexible body that only Pilates can achieve. Assembled dimensions: 85" long x 20" wide x 27" high. The cushion assembly is 21.5" wide, and the stand is 12" tall, so the 27" height is measured from the floor to the top of the Free-Form Cardio Rebounder when the unit is on the stand.

Great Buy Great Work Out August 3, 2007 Kelly J. Steinmetz (Florida) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
I purchased this after weighing the benifits of owning this machine v.s. getting a years membership at a gym. I opted for this machine and I'm so glad I did. I find the rebounding especially challenging. I could barely do 5 minutes without having to stop when I first got it. It works because each time you jump you have to keep the weight of your legs up in the lifted position on your own accord and that means lots of thigh and even more stomach muscles have to engage. Another advantage to owning this is that you can increase resistance (not on the rebounder of course) as you get better so this machine will give you years of workouts. Plus you can incorporate various different equipment as you progress.
good product February 9, 2007 E.Dickenson 9 out of 11 found this review helpful
very pleased, versatile product. I don't know if the rebounding would be quite intense enough an aerobic workout for everyone but its a nice change, easy on your joints.great product for the over-40 crowd or as a "rest/easy" day for the more vigorous. good value(I found it for less elsewhere!)
Great piece of equipment! January 29, 2008 Michele (new jersey) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This is a good sturdy quality piece of equipment. I was afraid it might not be stable and function like some of the larger or more expensive reformers. This definitely holds it's own and I'm glad I got this one because I can keep it by the wall and then easily slide it over for the workout. All of the parts work smoothly. As far as the trampoline in the lying down position, I need to start slowly or I get a little nauseous. Most importantly, I have a herniated disc in my center back and the Pilates exercises are helping me enormously. I highly recommend it.
Great piece of equipment...worth every penny July 27, 2008 Loves teaching (Cleveland, Ohio) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this with alot of reservation. First, it is better made than I thought it would be. Second, it functions as well as the very pricey ones ($2000.00 and up). I started taking private one-on-one lessons on a reformer manufactured by Balanced Body and have learned how to use the machine. In the beginning, I couldn't keep up the DVD's, but now that I have had my private lesson ($53.00 an hour), I can do the DVD successful. Doing the private lesson really paid off in the long run, especially since it is cheaper to purchase the DVD instead of forking out the big bucks every 10 lessons. I also purchased a long/short box, pole, and foot strap to use on the reformer with the corresponding DVD. These 3 pieces of equipment provides more a variety of excercise on the reformer. *This style doesn't have all of the bells and whistles you would find on a reformer that is several thousand dollars, but not everyone needs all of the fancy stuff. The set up was tricky, and it weighs over 100 lbs. Be sure to set it up in the room you plan on using it in. It is difficult to move once it is set up. It is is my basement accross from my 19 inch DVD HDTV. I put in the DVD and do the workout for 30 minutes. It workouts great for me. Even my husband was shock in the decent quality. Really, what would you expect for $500.00? It worked better than we all thought. Kudos to Stamina!
Love it September 4, 2008 KellyMac (Boston) This reformer is a great value for the money. I regularly do pilates at my gym with a personal trainer, so I am used to being on some of the most expensive machines. When I decided to get a reformer for my home, I was very concerned about how well one of the less expensive machines would functions, particularly because I'm not a small woman. I have fallen in love with this machine. It was easy to put together. I did it by myself in 15-20 minutes. Since receiving the machine, I've used it almost ever day and have no complaints. I feel comfortable that it will hold up to my continued use.
