I ordered this specific ball, beyond the fact it meets the requirements I wanted, because of the lure of the "free pump". I opened the box to find no pump...The box itself looked like it was beaten, opened, and resealed. Though I was lucky and found a pump that would work, I was still disappointed. So far, it seems to be working well. I use mine for general yoga stretching and stress relief. Besides the pump thing, I am happy with my product. But, I will be very cautious about buying things via Amazon that is not an Amazon shipped product.

Exactly what it is promoted as. Keeps it's shape and air for a long time. My only problem was the pump - it's a hand pump! It took 1 hour (and a very tired arm) to fill up the ball. Otherwise, it's a great product!

I did not receive the item. I have tried to contact the vender to track shipment with no response from them.
