My 18 year old son who is using this is not a big guy but no matter what we've tried , the punching bag still moves more than we thought it would. It serves its purpose but we didn't not expect so much movement.

Although hard to fill and sometimes it moves around when I am punching it, I give it 4 stars for the money! BAM!
