Toe wrap bindings surround your feet, providing support and comfort while walking. Adjustable padded heel strap fits nearly all boot and shoe sizes. Double claw aluminum crampons provide outstanding traction up and down hills.~~~ Toe rod pivots and binding spring back, which prevents toe-hooking and keeps snow from flying up. Tapered frame for better maneuverability; narrow tail reduces chance of cross-stepping. ~~~ Telescoping 3-section aluminum snowshoe poles provide extra balance and added power on uneven ground. I used them this weekend and it was so much fun . I was able to go place at my camp that I have not been able to go to in the winter before. Great exercise and feel of freedom now I wish there was more snow in my home town. thank you for a great product.
