Product Description The Coast Guard requires that you have life jackets for everyone on board your boat. Keep from breaking the law without breaking the bank with these Type II foam vest from Kent. 15.5 pounds buoyancy. Collar will hold unconscious person's face out of the water.

Quick, cheap solution to a simple problem July 14, 2006 NuclearLee (Albuquerque, NM USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Just as advertised. Obey the law without going bankrupt. These things are kind of big, but if you're just messing around in the water where lifejackets are required, you can't beat the cheap price.
It is what it is! October 16, 2006 Thomas Mattison (Miami, FL) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
It's not pretty or stylish in anyway, nor does it feel all that great on, but it is better than a Class III life preserver and you won't find any other life preservers at $6. These life preservers are NOT meant for offshore. They are a class II, so the basically just appease the law that there must be 1 life preserver for each person aboard your vessel. Abide by the law and buy these guys with out spending a fortune. They are cheaper than a ticket for not having one, that's for sure!
life jacket September 22, 2007 Mark Morgan (warsaw ,mo) just what i needed. could not find locally, out of season at walmart? but you had them. thank you
For the money... December 18, 2007 These buoyancy devices allow you to meet all the requirements while using your dinghy. They are very light ,inexpensive and easily stowed.
What I wanted July 29, 2008 BuySellnBeHappy (Philadelphia, PA) I needed cheap but functional life jackets to throw into the bottom of my canoe as required by law. These were exactly what I was looking for, they are the generic, cheap life jackets that you find at any boat rental establishment.
