I use the pull buoy to help extend my workouts. It is as described and the foam does seem very durable.

Not much to review. Came on time, as ordered, works great. I'm using this to help build my strength back up after knee surgery without putting too much pressure on the knee. The pull buoy allows me to rest the knee every other lap and still keep swimming.
