Customer Reviews:
Have used it enthusiastically for 26 years! June 7, 2007 Eric E. Haas (Holland, MI USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've owned and used this product since 1981. I've used it for canoeing and general watersports. I found that it got the job done well and was quite comfortable. One benefit is that there is no foam on your side, where your lower paddle arm elbow might otherwise rub. The "yoke" design, with the pad across your shoulders, is designed to make it more comfortable portaging a canoe. I used this PFD to portage a canoe while on several wilderness canoe trips. It was quite a while ago, but as I recall, I didn't think that it made that big a difference, but I could be wrong. Eric E. Haas
Too Stiff! June 4, 2008 Lolly Jay I got what I paid for. These are very stiff and ride up to your neck when you're sitting in the kayak.
