This item was shipped promptly by means of UPS. Arrived professionally packaged in original product box. Instructions were great for assembly, has a smart design that will protect the phone from bumps, dust, and light water mist. When following the recommended instructions for installing the silicone screen and key shield, there are very few bubbles if any on the screen. The silicone is molded specially for the keys, fits perfect making it easy to use the keyboard. There is a hole cut out for the trackball, again, perfect fit. The plasic belt clip holster it comes with acts like the original Blackberry holster as far as "in holster" setting. I am verry satisfied with this product, it surpasses my expectations.

This is the best purchase I have made for my Blackberry besides buying a larger memory card. The only thing I wish is that I had bought this item sooner as it seemed the day after I bought my phone, I made a slight scratch on the screen. Don't waste your money with cheaper imitations the money is definitely worth it. I wouldn't consider myself hard on things but I can be pretty clumsy at times (the case protects it from accidental drops for example) and I'm sure having the phone swimming around in my purse doesn't help.

Overall I'm very satisfied with this case. Albeit a little bulky, it feels comfortable enough to be used all the time and the extra protection is no doubt worthwhile. It was a tad tough to get the bubbles to disappear although I didn't use the preferred method described in the literature - a little soap and water etc... The only reason I might have given this a four star is that the keyboard protection is a bit sticky and seems to make me more prone to spelling mistakes. The benefits of the case outweigh this minor flaw, though, especially since you are not required to use the keyboard shield. I'm sure you can even cut if off if you want. Long story short, highly recommended if you are looking to increase the longevity of your blackberry.
