I have attempted to lose weight and tone up the normal way by working out without any supplements for a couple of years, but I never could discipline myself to hit the gym regularly and consistently. I realized that my problem was in not seeing results. It seemed pointless for me to workout hard, 2x a week and not see the results I wanted.
Then, I thought about taking a dietary supplement that would stimulate a desire to workout and would enhance my workout so that I could see results quickly. After much research among the many brands of supplemtents and workout enhancers, I came across Hydroxycut Hardcore. What really appealed to me was that body builders used this to lean down and tone up quickly.
I purchased the item and on the very first day I noticed a complete difference in my metabolism and way of eating. I was excited because I could feel my body kick into overdrive. I decided to try it out in a workout, and let me tell you that I had never sweated that much in my whole life in such a short amount of time. The thermogenesis was definetely there. And the best part, I was so motivated to continue, that I quickly began to enjoy going to the gym. Plus, I began to see results within the first week!! That motivated me even more to continue the program.
It has now been a month since I began to take these capsules, and I look completely different! My body actually is beginning to tone up and I have bought a new wardrobe to show off my body. It feels so good to walk around with a tight muscle shirt and not have to suck in your stomach and hide your love handles. My whole lifestyle has changed. My eating habits are different and it actually feels good to eat healthy foods!! I never thought that I would be so into fitness, but I guess when you look into a mirror and you see muscles on your body getting toned, it encounrages you to continue and fully develop them. These pills definetely helped meet my goals!!
One thing worth mentioning is that the dose progressively increases and may be too much for some people. I had problems when my heart rate increased when I took 3 capsules at a time, 2x daily (max recommended doseage). I went back to 2 capsules a day, 2x daily and I have felt great. The good thing about Hydroxycut is that you can lower the dosage if you cannot handle the indicated dosage and still see results!
This is no miracle drug. It is simply a capsule that assists you if you assist yourself into becoming healthier.

I usually use the Ripped Fuel, which is a great product, but I heard such raves about this one that I had to give it a try.
after one month of using it, this is what I experienced.
Abnormal Bowl movement.
Restless sleep
some good physical results i.e 1 inch off my waist
Dehydration
and mild stomach cramps.
so all in all, the product was just not working the way I wanted it to for me, so I'll stick to ripped fuel, just because I've had awesome results with that.
But I know it has worked for others and they have had some great results.

This stuff makes sleep no longer necessary. If you like to stay up for long periods of time this is the stuff for you. These are basically caffine pills on crack and I love em. I do get headaches when I don't take them but that just tells me my body wants more.
If you like to remain flabby and weak do not take these. If you want to be able to punch bears in the face, this is the stuff to get you there. If you have no desire to punch bears in the face, hand in your man card. If you are indeed a woman..... you may not want to take these because your heart may explode. A man's heart has no room for emotion and thus is used purely for muscle, anything less could be dangerous.

I just thought I'd put my 2 cents in.
I got this product based on the recommendation of one of the GNC store owners. The guy seemed pretty knowledgeable, so I decided to try it.
At first, I just tried taking 1 or 2 pills at a time in the morning on my workout days. I did that for a few weeks and didn't see any change. After a while, I decided to take the 3 + 3 schedule and once I did that, I started noticing larger weight losses.
The problem is it gives me an upset stomach sometimes. Also, if I take it on days when I eat light, I don't have the energy to workout. My only guess is that I'm burning up all my calories, so thats why I don't have any energy by the time I get to the gym.
I don't use it regularly anymore. I just use it when I need an extra boost if my losses are leveling out or on days when I have more than normal to eat(around Christmas and Thanksgiving).
The product definately works, but use it cautiously. People probably react differently to this product, so see what works for you.

for the sake of your own health and life, do not take the full serving of this product if you are sensitive to things like this.....the odd thing is, is that it did NOT give me energy but it still gave me really bad shortness of breath and high blood pressure
all symptoms ceased to exist once i discontinued use of this product....if you are using this to lose weight, you need to rethink why you are trying to lose weight....for looks...or for your health....for me it's a bit of both reasons, and i think it is for most...but just keep in mind that health is far more important than your appearance...keep working towards your goals and you will achieve them...but not if you have a stroke half way there taking this junk
