I am a female in my early 20s who does a bit of "bodybuilding" for figure competitions. My boyfriend and I both use this supplement regularly. It is an excellent product in that it gets you energized and pumped.
It contains mainly L-Arginine, which is nothing more than an amino acid which is what the body uses to synthesize NO (Nitric Oxide) which increases blood flow through dilation of the arteries (which pump blood to your organs and tissues.)
In addition to L-Arginine, it contains quite a bit of the newer Creatine Ethyl Ester which is more rapidly absorbed by the cells, does not produce the water retention outside of the cells that the older creatine monhydrate does, and has a longer half-life-- meaning it stays with you longer.
The point I'm trying to make is that L-Arginine and Creatine Ethyl Ester are two common supplements that can be purchased separately and possibly much cheaper. That doesn't mean this isn't an excellent product, because I recommend it very much. But, if you are on a budget check out some plain old L-Arginine pills and they will probably give you the same "feel"
Ladies-- I have heard some pretty outrageous things at the health stores' employees like "WOW you take THAT!?!?" and "Doesn't it make you go crazy??" etc etc... its all a bunch of nonsense.
This product does not directly make you gain muscle mass, it does not make you lose weight, it doesn't make you crazy and it won't make you manly. What is does is allow you to work out much harder than you would have without it and with much more intensity. That is where the muscle gains and weight loss come into play. The effects don't wear off, so its something you can use indefinitely and enjoy as part of your workout plan.

Do not use this product. Though it provided me with energy for my nightly workouts, after using it for 3 months my Liver Enzymes were through the roof. The danger of elevated LFTs for long term liver disease and permanent damage is great. If I hadn't gone for my routine physical I would not have discovered the elevation of the enzymes. As soon as I stopped the supplement, the enzymes reverted back to normal withnin a few weeks however. Lucky for that! This product should not be on the market. Period! Research it on the internet. You will find similar stories to my own.

This product is ridiculous!! Not in a bad way but ridiculous in the fact that my first time taking a serving I felt twice the energy, twice the bloodflow and three times as ready to hit the gym.
My first thoughts, "well maybe it's because my body isn't used to it yet". Well, four tubs later I had dropped two pants sizes (32 to a 28), gained 15lbs in pure muscle and still have the exact same effects as I did the first serving!!
Not only that, I have passed this little known supplement on to friends and they have all said the same exact thing. OMG!! I only work out to stay in shape but with this product many people are telling me I look like I workout professionally.

First off, I'm a 21-year-old male. I completed my first cycle on NO-XPLODE about two weeks ago, and I have to say I did notice a great increase in my ability to focus and exert more power at the gym. I've also gained more muscle mass since using this product, along with two soy protein shakes a day. Let me just break down my overall experience for you:
Pros:
Like I said, it helped me maintain my focus, and I didn't have to wait so long in between sets. I always felt pumped and ready to go at the gym. I easily spent between an hour and a half to two hours without feeling tired. I would have to make myself leave the gym, reminding myself it wasn't good if I lifted too much in one day. Unlike some of the reviewers on other sites, I never had any sudden stomach outbursts while I was at the gym. Whew.
Cons:
There were a couple of drawbacks to using this product, as it does contain a freakish amount of caffeine, and I'm assuming it's this dosage that gives you the focus and energy I spoke of. The first two weeks of use, my body had some issues after coming down off my "high" at the gym. For instance, I didn't take it on days I didn't train, and it would be on those days I would have the worst headaches I've ever had. And when I say bad, I mean my co-workers would ask me if something was wrong. I'd also have these overwhelming feelings of depression and hopelessness at times that were simply unexplainable, as my life is pretty darn peachy.
I will say that I know I wasn't drinking the recommended amount of water along with this product, which is a LOT - 120 oz. a day. So that may be what contributed to the side effects. I started upping my water intake and did not notice anymore headaches, but this of course could be due to the fact my body was becoming a lot more tolerant at this point.
Bottom Line: I was happy with the overall results of the product. I recently purchased another cycle of it and plan on drinking the recommended amount of water to see if that helps with the headaches. If anyone has any other tips on using this product, by all means leave me a comment!

I work outdoors in all kinds of weather. Needless to say, I get quite tired by the end of a 10 hour day sometimes.
When I get home, I take 2 scoops of N.O.-Xplode, relax for 30 minutes, and start my workout. By then, its like I didn't even work hard all day. I have a great workout, and feel great when its done an hour later.
