This item looked and felt more like a regular shoe. Expect for the fact that it looked like I had my shoes on backward, I like them. I had surgery on both feet and purchased two pair. I was able to walk quite comfortably in them. If they could sell them as left and right foot (with the straps going in the right direction), they would look much better.
