If you're suffering from back pain, remedy it with the gel wrap. Heat the wrap or chill iteither way it keeps the temperature for at least 20 minutes. Heat it in the oven or microwave for 20 to 30 minutes of moist warm relief, or chill it in the freezer (after putting it in a resealable bag) for 20 to 40 minutes of gentle numbing. If your back pain therapy needs -20 degrees Fahrenheit, 250 degrees, or something in-between, the Elasto-Gel acts as padding at all of these temperatures.
