makita batterys January 7, 2008 Greg Sudtell (Calif.) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The battery pack came at less than 1/2 price of the large hardware stores. packaged in orig. packaging and received very fast. Best deal out there.
Excellent deal May 30, 2008 John Ergle 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is the best price anywhere to be found - essentially 2 batteries for the price of one. When my old batteries died, I couldn't stomach $80+ for one battery at the local Lowes, so I looked around, including the price of having my current ones "rebuilt". These are 2 new batteries, and the price is less than having my old ones rebuilt. The work great. Very satisfied.
Two for the price of one! What's not to like? February 28, 2008 P. T. Malson (Redding, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I noticed during Christmas shopping that one of these batteries cost $85 at Sears. I was able to get two for the price of one! What's not to like?
mis-leading June 20, 2008 D. P. Walbert (Florida) 1 out of 5 found this review helpful
these 14.4 volt Makita batteries did not fit my Makita 14.4 volt drill nor my Makita 14.4 volt charger. I threw them out and bought a 18 volt Dewalt! No one should ever buy Makita junk ever.

Can't review the product as I never received it. Amazon advised that it was shipped but it didn't arrive. When questioned, Amazon advised that they didn't know what happened and would refund my money which they did. That didn't solve my problem though as I needed the product. This also happened on the previous order I had placed with Amazon. They advise that the item is in stock and then they later tell you they don't have it.
