Nice, but not quite what I expected. November 17, 2008

The chairs were very lightweight and seem to be performing pretty well so far. People have complimented me on their appearance. However, they're not quite as heavy duty and finished as I would have liked. The swivel doesn't reset, but stays in whatever position you leave it in, which is substandard in my opinion. Also, the finish is not lacquered, so I have no idea how long it will last.
