Product Description Emitting a red LED light visible more than a half-mile away in clear conditions, this tiny, 1.73-inch light clips to a cap or clothing as a safety device for bicyclists or joggers. Because it is submersible to 500 feet, it's also ideal for keeping a dive team together. Twisting the red lens is all it takes to activate the flasher. It's powered by two L1154 alkaline coin batteries (included) that have a burn time of 130 hours and weighs just 0.5 ounces with batteries. The body is molded in one piece with a two-way clip so the clip is virtually unbreakable. There's also a lanyard ring (lanyard not included). Specifications: - Length: 1.73" / 4.4 cm
- Weight with batteries: 0.5 oz / 14 g
- Weight without batteries: 0.3 oz / 8.5 g
- Submersible to 500'
- Light source: LED
- Watts: 0.5
- Voltage: 2.4
- Tested lumen value: 4.7
- Batteries: 2 L1154 alkaline (included)
- Battery burn time: 130 hrs
About Pelican Products Dave Parker, president of Pelican Products, has been an avid scuba diver since age 11. During his early diving years, he repeatedly discovered that something he needed to make a dive complete was simply not available. It dawned on him that if he needed that piece of gear other divers did, too. In 1976, he began the company with his wife and co-founder Arline, an airline stewardess, while he continued his advertising and industrial-design business. From that inception as a small garage operation, Pelican has blossomed into an international marketing and manufacturing firm.

Very cumbersome to use August 27, 2008 F. Flores (Honolulu, Hawaii) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Pelican Mini Flasher #2130 It does not work very well and you have to turn and turn; and then it might work. It needs some grease. Would not advise buying this model. Buy a larger one. The picture looks larger; but it is very small.
