This is a company that does business the old way! Customer & vendor trust. A minor problem was addressed immediately, no " do you have your customer #, receipt, etc. Just a simple " I have a problem" and an even simpler resolution. We will replace it. GREAT. Humans still rule. Need tools? contact Jacks Tool Shed!
