Product Description Just like the traditional game, Sudoku 5 X 5 play begins with several given numbers. Players face the challenge of filling in the rest of the grid. But there's a catch -- each row, column and color-coded region can only contain one instance of each number. It's harder than it looks! Provides hours of addictive brain-building fun.

Lots of fun and travels well! August 18, 2006 tony (Kissimmee, FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a nice little game that is great for travel. It has several levels so you can start slowly and work your way up to expert levels that are more challenging. I have two children, 10 and 14, and they both love it! It was my first experience with Sudoku and I can see how it can be addicting.
Great for the Classroom October 20, 2006 Beverly M. Scherr (Odessa, Washington United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My students love sudoku puzzles, but the 9 x 9's are hard for the average second grader. So this is a perfect starting place. They experience success as they move up through the levels of difficulty. It makes a great gift for people who like to give "educational gifts" to their children or grandchildren. It travels nicely, too. It would keep children occupied in the car. Buy it! I've bought 5 so far!
Great puzzle for on the go. January 9, 2007 D. J. Raridon (Springfield, MO) I love this game. It is much nicer than regular paper and pencil versions. And it is great to take with me when I'm outside with the kids or during LONGGG bathtimes watching the kids. Even though it is a 5 x 5 puzzle, it still has three challenges per puzzle (rows, columns, and color grouping). If you are not great at sudoku, this is a great one to start with to boost your confidence. As My kids get older, I will teach them how to play.
Kids can Sudoku too May 23, 2007 A. Leach (Wisconsin) My daughter (and her classmates) love this game! The different levels allow success at the beginning and challenges once the child figures out the game. I have bought several more as birthday gifts!
cfloyd_suduko 5X5 August 10, 2007 That Gal (Atlanta, GA) Excellent delivery and condition! My 11 yr. old grandson really enjoys this toy, finds it challenging and also has played with this item in school. My only complaint is that is not as durable (paper product)for long term use as I would like.
