My husband and I have both used and enjoyed this video even though neither of us has ever tried yoga before. We're both in our fifties, and we found all of the stretches and exercises very possible to do. The stress relief is immediate, and the feeling of calm well-being after finishing it is very nice.

This video is very easy to follow and it gives you a really good work out. Lilia is very pleasant to listen too and I would have to say she is my favorite yoga guru!
