I've enjoyed these tapes - the a.m. tape is very gentle (you won't break a sweat if you're at all in shape, while the p.m. is more of a workout). I'll just note that both tapes are each only 20 minutes(including warm-up and cool-down), so those looking for a more extended workout would best be advised to look elsewhere. They ARE for beginners - my husband even enjoys them (and he has no flexibility at all). As other reviewers have alluded to, the videos are nicely done including gorgeous scenery.
