I have beena fan of this video for several years, and have had a monopoly on it at my local library so I finally decided to buy my own copy. Betsy Oppenneer has a down-to-earth, non-intimidating teaching style, and is very thorough. In this video, she shows how to shape a wide variety of rolls and loaves. The instruction on making braided loaves is worth the price of the video alone! She shows how to braid 3, 4, 6 and even 8 strand loaves very easily. The video can easily be paused to prepare actual dough strands in order to follow right along with the instruction. The most novice bread baker can be successful shaping beautiful loaves of bread with the help of this videol
