The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women

We both liked the fact that the video is taught by real women with average bodies.... We also like the fact that the video concentrates on dancing as a form of expression in your home and for your spouse, not for a room full of drunk strangers. The video talks about really coming to terms with your sexuality and how you and your partner can learn and grow together by exploring new and exciting things.

This great video has really LIT my pilot...... I enjoy having my lovely wife dance for me and I'm even learning how to dance for her. I recommend this video to all married couples. Now my wife has my undivided attention....

This tape was given to me as a gift. I saw it three times(it was that good). I have really found it insrumental in giving me a boost. Both with my own sexuality, the way I feel about my body and how I now excite my spouse. I learned how to be seductive, playful, sexy, romantic and best of all, how to truly turn my husband on!. Men are visual creatures and when I dance for him, he gives me his full attention. We have always had a pretty active and fun sex life, but this video which is taught by real women(not glamorous models or strippers). It shows you not only how to dance, but how to seductively sway your hips, how to touch yourself while you dance and how to tease your lover. This video is by far one of the best tools I have found that can really help any women add spice to her marriage. I recommend it to all women.

I absolutely LOVE this video... the moves were well-demonstrated and the cast consisted of a very experienced dancer as the instructor and real women-NOT BARBIES-learning the moves in a classroom setting. I loved that it didn't require any props other than a full-length mirror, and an oversized shirt. The instructor was very professional, experienced, and inspirational. The background women were not, as I mentioned, 95 pound barbies... they were all shapes, sizes, and ages, and they didn't make you feel clumsy for not doing the moves perfectly, because they didn't do them perfectly either-some even showed modifications for those who couldn't do them. The only reason I haven't memorized this yet is because it is an hour long and I don't have a lot of time with a baby in the house. (plus since I just gave birth I don't feel particularly sexy when I look in the mirror)

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because:
A> It was hard to do the pivots on carpet.
B> Although the tape was an hour long, it was maybe half instruction, which isn't a lot of time-they could make the instructional part longer and cut back on the interviews a bit and make this a much better overall tape
C> It's kinda hard to watch myself in the mirror and the instructor on TV at the same time.
Other than these minor annoyances, it's one of my favorite videos. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Great video!!! I was surprised by the whole concept. Not only does it teach you some great sexy moves, but it helps you learn to feel more self confident about yourself. In the video, there are these "real" women that share their experiences and tips how to do certain moves. I think the video is very different, very new and teaches us "regular" women that we can be sexy, for ourselves and then for our mates. My video was not 23 minutes long, it was a whole hour and is really amazing!! It is very tastefully done. There is no nudity and there is a ton of stuff to learn besides just the dancing part...I love it!!
