Silly Guy but GREAT workout February 4, 2001

Tony Little is a goofy man, likes to make his workout fun and keep you inspired. This video is intense and well directed. Tony uses a member to ensure your movements are correct and if you stay focussed and committed, the workout pays off with great definition. The first time I did this tape, I felt it for two days. It gets easier with repetition, but it definately targets the prime areas of buttocks, upper and lower legs. If you have a playful sense of humour and are looking for real work, this is a great tape!

This is one of the first exercise tapes I ever bought, I was skeptical about the ponytail wearing beefcake on the cover but it was on sale so I went for. I was taken aback at first by the super silly nut warm-up (think Jerry Lewis trying to do a rasta-man impression) but then I kind of warmed up to Tony, he comes across as kind of a goofball but when he is talking business and form he is all serious. For an absolute never worked out a day in my life beginner (I am 30) I felt warmth and encouragement from Tony and I still find this tape challenging as it appeals to all fitness levels. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life and this tape was my beginning. If you are Mr or Ms workout and super serious this tape is not for you. If you can approach working out with a little humor and a smile, appreciate some warm encouragement and want to feel your buns and thighs burning, go for it... as Tony says "If you don't squeeze it, no one else will!" gotta love him for that.
