As a beginner I was intimated by Yoga. These DVD's are beautiful to watch, easy to follow and peaceful to listen to. Every word of Aaron's instructions are incredibily captured and executed on the male nude body (and such beautiful bodies). I enjoy watching, listening and following along on almost a daily basis, great way to start the day. So breathe deep and strip away to inner Positive Energy and Peace.

Aaron Star has produced a highly challenging and intricate series of yoga practices that inspire men to find a deeper meaning to their yoga practice. The DVD Box Set is well organized. Aaron leads each class effortlessly. I have owed these DVD's for awhile and I have made it a practice to do the VIRGIN and the STRENGTH once a week. I have also tried doing the PARTNER practice with my husband, which was a lot of fun! Overall, this Box Set makes a great introduction into a more richly rewarding way to practice yoga. I will never need my yoga clothes again! Namaste.

This box set will provide the opportunity for growth from the yoga virgin to the experienced. As a regular at the Hot Nude Yoga New York studio, I have come to value the sense of community and welcoming that is fostered when gay men come together, take off their clothes, and pursue their growth toward oneness. Welcome to that experience!

The Inner Journey can be like peeling an onion, layer after layer, you grow closer to your true Self. Here, the first literal layer of clothing starts that journey, and what a beautifully produced set of DVDs for the trip. Inspiring and motivating, these DVDs give you an intimate experience with this
small group of men and the feeling you went through the class
in the studio along with them. You also come away with the sense you know and understand Aaron Star and the heart he puts into every class. Whether you simply veiw the classes or follow along to Aaron's voice, you can't help but feel a deeper connection to these men and ultimately to yourself.

Aaron has really great ideas on where today's gay man can take himself if he wants to. Getting in touch with the depth of your internal self is a journey of the soul everyone comes to in his/her own time. Once you go through what many call your own 'individuation process', you may find these DVDs very helpful to you. Another great book is Caroline Myss, Sacred Contracts. Thanks again Aaron for helping the gay man ascend to a true peaceful inner self!
