I ordered this because I keep my phone in my pocket most of the time, and as I had a flip phone before, I was worried that the screen on the slider would get beat up. This cover includes a removable center piece that goes directly over the screen on the phone, which I use. I have had it for about a month. There are some light scratches in the cover, so I doubt that it will last for more than a year, but that is a pretty good deal for the price. I am using only the cover for the front of the phone to reduce the thickness. The plastic is fairly thick, which is why only 4 stars, but it is necessary to protect the phone.

The case is cumbersome and the viewing is not that clear. It is better than a bare media player getting the screen scratched up. I finally bought the invisi-skin and that is better.
